UPDATE: Kupp is finally on the board in the fourth quarter. He caught his first target for 11 yards.
UPDATE: Hunter Henry got his first target of the game late in the third quarter and caught it for 24 yards. Cooper Kupp has yet to see a target midway through the third quarter.
Fantasy football playoff games swing courtesy of the whims of quarterbacks, offensive coordinators, and whomever might be a hot hand. In Week 15 of the 2019 season, it’s getting ugly for fantasy players starting Chargers tight end Hunter Henry and Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp.
Both are big performers fantasy players count on, and both have been shut out entirely in the first half of their Week 15 matchups. Not only have they been shut out from receptions, neither has even been targeted. The Chargers trail the Vikings 19-10 at halftime, while the Rams trail the Cowboys 14-7 halfway through the second quarter.
Both will likely see at least one target before their respective games are over, but there is going to be plenty of frustration in the meantime from fantasy football fans. Mike Williams and Keenan Allen are dominating the targets for the Chargers. Tyler Higbee, Josh Reynolds, and Robert Woods co-lead the Rams with four targets.
