Bo Scarbrough listed as questionable in Week 15 with rib injury

The Lions backfield is a mess. We break down the fantasy football implications of Bo Scarbrough’s questionable status for Week 15.

The Detroit Lions have been crushed by injury, like many teams. They head into Week 15 with eight players getting an injury designation and another five players off the final injury report but dealing with something or other during the week.

The most notable name for fantasy football players is running back Bo Scarbrough. He was limited with a rib injury on Wednesday, and then sat out Thursday and Friday. He is listed as questionable for Sunday after getting in some work on Friday, but not enough to be listed as more than DNP.

Fantasy football analysis: Lions running backs

If Scarbrough can’t play on Sunday, Ty Johnson and J.D. McKissic would get a bump in work. The team could also promote running back Wes Hills off the practice squad. Considering the Bucs have a strong run defense, none of the reserves are worth a whole lot of much. Scarbrough holds some volume value if he does play, but he’s more of a modest floor and limited ceiling players.
