The Detroit Lions travel to face the Chicago Bears in Week 10, and they face a serious question mark less than 24 hours before the game. Quarterback Matthew Stafford is questionable with hip and back injuries, and might be a true game-time decision. He was listed as limited throughout the week of practice, and Ian Rapoport is hearing, “[t]here is concern about [his] status” the day before the game. Rapoport said it, “could be a real game-time decision.”

The Lions are currently a field goal underdog at DraftKings Sportsbook, but some sportsbooks have taken the game off the board. Ian Rapoport or Adam Schefter will likely have more information early Sunday morning for the 1:00 p.m. game.

Fantasy football, betting analysis: Lions QB Matthew Stafford

If Stafford does not play, Jeff Driskel would get the start. That would be a huge downgrade for both betting and fantasy purposes. Even with the Bears struggling, Detroit would likely lose at least four or five points in the spread and be looking at a touchdown or more underdog status.

From a fantasy perspective, wide receivers Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones, and Danny Amendola all lose value. Running back Ty Johnson loses value as teams likely stack the box against him. JD McKissic could find some value as a check-down option for Driskel.
