Thanksgiving football is back! We have the annual triple-header on turkey day to kick off Week 13, and we open with the Detroit Lions hosting the Chicago Bears. The 3-7-1 Lions are all but out of the playoff race, while the 5-6 Bears are hanging on by a thread.
This is the least interesting of the three Thanksgiving matchups, but there is still plenty from a fantasy perspective to keep us interested. We’re entering the final week of the regular season for most fantasy leagues, and both the Lions and Bears offer key options. Maybe you’re rolling the dice late with Bo Scarbrough off the waiver wire. Allen Robinson and Kenny Golladay have been up and down this season, but are still big playmakers who could swing their fantasy matchups.
Matchups are key, but it helps to see what the analytics are saying about potential performances. Looking at ESPN fantasy projections for season-long leagues (1/2 PPR setting), David Montgomery and Bo Scarbrough could be the ones to watch. Golladay and Robinson have high upside, but Jeff Driskel and Mitchell Trubisky are serious question marks.
Here are Week 13 Thanksgiving projections for Bears-Lions to help you further improve your fantasy chances!
