Welcome to Week 13 of the 2019 NFL season! Thanksgiving is upon us and that means turkey and football on Thursday! We get our traditional triple-header of football, and even if you can’t stand the regular appearances by the Cowboys and Lions, it’s still a fun day of football.
This week brings with it the first chance for playoff spots to be sewn up. The NFL released the first clinching scenarios, and they include the Saints, Patriots, and 49ers. The Saints have the easiest opportunity, with a win over the Falcons on Thanksgiving sewing up the NFC South. The Patriots and 49ers can’t clinch their respective divisions, but tough road wins would put them in position to clinch a wild card berth.
I’m back once again with my weekly NFL picks. For Thursday I put together a complete list of straight up picks, and Sunday morning I’ll have my picks against the spread given how much can change between now and then. I’m taking the Lions +4.5, Cowboys -6.5, and Saints -6.5 at DraftKings Sportsbook today, and will have full write-ups later this morning.
