Dak Prescott has topped 18 fantasy points in nine of 11 matchups, and before last week, he had thrown three touchdowns in three straight games. That is until he went to Foxboro, where the Patriots stifled him for his worst game of the season.
This week he heads back home where he has been nearly unstoppable this season. Prescott hasn’t finished worse than QB 8 in his five games in Texas this season. But he will get a test against the Bills defense on Thanksgiving day.
Fantasy football analysis: Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott
The Bills have allowed just one quarterback to finish in the Top-12 this season, the bearded-wonder himself, Ryan Fitzpatrick. On the season, they’ve allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks with just one throwing for more than one touchdown. On the season, they’ve given up seven touchdowns and have seven interceptions through 11 games.
Going up against the Bills’ secondary is not a great spot for Prescott, even at home on national television. The hope is that he can elevate his play above the mostly mediocre quarterbacks the Bills have faced this season. He’s a fringe Top-12 play with more upside than your usual fringe Top-12 play.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Prescott as a low-end Top-12 play.
