NBA picks against the spread for November 26th

We’re not taking any days off this week despite only two games to pick from.

I know, I know, we’ve only got two games on the slate Tuesday in the NBA. A lot of people on Twitter are saying screaming, “Take a night off you!” and other things of that nature. But us true degenerates know that there are no nights off in the DFS and sports gambling community. I’ll take a day off Thursday when there aren’t any NBA games on Thanksgiving (and subsequently focus on football).

There are only two games but one of them is a biggie. Luka Doncic and the Mavericks welcome in Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers. This could be a playoff preview of sorts and it will be interesting to see if Kawhi or Paul George can slow down Doncic defensively. The other game is Wizards-Nuggets, which nobody really cares about. So let’s get into some picks against the spread on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Mavericks (+2) vs. Clippers
Nuggets (-10) vs. Wizards

I feel like I should play it safe, but I’m going to opt against taking both favorites on the two-game slate. I think the Mavericks have a shot at beating the Clippers and I also think we could see late news that Kawhi is going to rest. If that’s the case, I favor Doncic and Dallas.

I think the Wizards’ offense will bring the score and pace up in this game, but ultimately their defense will be their downfall. If there were ever a spot where the Nuggets can go for 120 points, it’s against the Wiz. Denver is a much better and deeper team, so I think barely a double-digit spread at home should be a piece of cake.
