The Indianapolis Colts have a crucial Week 13 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, and they might have to play without wide receiver T.Y. Hilton. The star receiver played in Week 12 after missing three weeks with a calf injury. On Tuesday, met with the media and said he was fighting through tightness on Thursday and was uncertain about his chances of playing this week.
Colts WR TY Hilton said today he was fighting thru tightness in his calf Thursday night — "I didn't have my explosiveness" — and spent the weekend in the training room, getting treatment. Hopes to practice this week and play, but at this point, he doesn't know for sure.

Hilton was targeted a team-high six times in the Week 12 loss to the Texans and caught three passes for 18 yards. It was clear he was not 100 percent, as he had a couple drops and struggled to get much going.
Fantasy football analysis: Colts wide receivers
Hilton will be worth tracking into the weekend. This week marks the end of the regular season for most leagues, so if you’re uncertain of your playoff position, you don’t want to roll out Hilton and end up with a goose egg. This might be one rare week where if he is active he is not a must start.
In the meantime, head coach Frank Reich said there is a chance Parris Campbell returns this week, according to beat writer Mike Chappell. Campbell broke his hand in Week 9 and has been out since having surgery. He is not someone to start this week if he plays, but is worth tracking heading into fantasy playoffs.
