Robert Woods ACTIVE for Week 12 on Monday Night Football

Rams wideout returns to the lineup after surprisingly being out last week. We break down the fantasy football implications.

After mysteriously being ruled out right before Week 12’s matchup vs. the Bears, the Rams will get wide receiver Robert Woods into the lineup on Monday Night Football vs. the Ravens. Per reports, Los Angeles had no clue Woods was going to be out last week until three hours before kickoff. So chances are it was a similar decision heading into tonight against Baltimore.

Fantasy Football Analysis: Los Angeles Rams wide receivers

The Rams offense is a shell of its former self and things won’t be easy tonight vs. Baltimore’s defense. The Ravens have allowed the third-fewest TDs to opposing receivers this season, plus we don’t know what kind of mindset and game shape Woods is in. Woods has had a disappointing season overall, Cooper Kupp has emerged as the top WR, plus Brandin Cooks is expected to play tonight.

I hope you already benched Woods and played someone else from Sunday. If that isn’t the case, you’re most likely stuck with Woods tonight, but things could be worse I guess. The Ravens’ defense is more vulnerable to the run, so I’d expect coach Sean McVay to gear his game plan towards exploiting that.
