Jameis Winston can’t seem to get on track, as he’s already thrown two interceptions against the Falcons, but he’s now hooked up twice with Chris Godwin for touchdowns. His first came midway through the first quarter with his team down 3-0 when Godwin brought in a 71-yard catch and run for the score. The second came midway through the second quarter with the team down again, this time 10-7, when Godwin made a great one-yard reception in the end zone to give his team the lead again.

So far Godwin has five receptions for 125 yards and two touchdowns with five minutes remaining before halftime. He’ll get a shot to add to his big stats before the break.

UPDATE

Godwin slowed down a little but he still continued to put up yards, as he finished with seven receptions for a career high 184 yards and two touchdowns. As the afternoon games kick off, Godwin leads in PPR points for all players. Godwin came into this matchup on a four-game slump and he came out of it with one of the best games of his career. He also topped 1,000 yards, which is quite an achievement through 11 games.
