The San Francisco 49ers are dealing with a host of injuries as they begin preparations for their Week 12 Sunday Night Football matchup with the Green Bay Packers. They had their first practice of the week on Wednesday, and those not participating included wide receivers Emmanuel Sanders and Deebo Samuel, tight end George Kittle, and running back Matt Breida.

Kittle injured his knee when he took a helmet to it in Week 9 and has not practiced since. Sanders injured his ribs in Week 10 and missed the rest of the game. He played in Week 11, but was clearly bothered. Samuel injured his shoulder on a Week 11 circus catch and Breida is dealing with an ankle injury suffered in Week 10 that cost him last week’s game.

Fantasy football analysis: 49ers offense

It’s touch-and-go for the time being while we wait to see how the practice week progresses. Sanders and Samuel have been the team’s two best wide receivers, Breida is a key complement to Tevin Coleman, and much of the offense has revolved around George Kittle at times.

Kittle seems the least likely of this group to play, with Breida next, and then Sanders and Samuel the most likely to play. Their various backups hold limited fantasy value, although Raheem Mostert has some value behind Coleman against an awful Packers run defense.
