Week 11 had some close calls for top teams. The Vikings rallied back from a 20-point second half deficit to beat the Broncos. The 49ers fended off the Cardinals, pulling ahead in the final minute of the game, then returning a fumble for a touchdown on the last play. The Cowboys and Raiders took one-possession victories over the Lions and Bengals respectively. But we also saw the Texans and Panthers get demolished by the Ravens and Falcons respectively. Overall, it was an interesting week. We’ll surely get more of the same in Week 12. Let’s look at those odds.

The betting odds may change as each game approaches its kickoff time. When that time is near, we’ll break down each matchup in more detail. In the meantime, here are a couple of the games that I have my eyes on.

The Philadelphia Eagles scored 10 on the New England Patriots in the first half, but that was all they could muster up. A 17-10 loss set them back to second place in the NFC East behind the Cowboys. This week, the Eagles host the Seahawks to try to get back above .500 on the season. Though with the Seahawks coming off of their bye week and playing as well as they have been, the Eagles may slide in the other direction. Surprisingly enough, even after going on a three-game winning streak, one of which came against the undefeated 49ers in San Francisco, the Seahawks are two-point underdogs. It’s a juicy matchup for MVP frontrunner Russell Wilson, and it’s one that I can’t see the Seahawks losing. I’m taking Seattle to cover.

Let’s switch gears to another team that’s well-rested from a bye week. The Tennessee Titans were rewarded with theirs right after outscoring the Kansas City Chiefs. A Houston loss and an Indy win in Week 11 keeps Tennessee just one game behind both teams for the division title race. The Titans will host the last place AFC South team this week, after the Jags lost by 20 to the Colts. Nick Foles is back for Jacksonville, but that didn’t change much. Gardner Minshew led the Jaguars to victory over the Titans way back in Week 3, but that was also with Marcus Mariota throwing the ball. With an increasingly difficult schedule ahead, the Titans will see this as their easiest game of the remaining season and, therefore, a must-win. They’re starting out as three-point favorites, but I’d take them to cover that spread at home.
