Jacoby Brissett to start Sunday vs. Jaguars, T.Y. Hilton ruled out

Colts QB Jacoby Brissett is back in Week 11, but his top weapon is not. We break down the fantasy football implications.

The Indianapolis Colts will have quarterback Jacoby Brissett back in the saddle after only one week’s absence for an MCL sprain. Brissett will start on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars after missing last week against the Miami Dolphins. Brian Hoyer started in his place after Brissett ended the week listed as questionable.

The team also announced that wide receiver T.Y. Hilton will not play again due to his calf injury. This will mark the third straight game he will miss due to the injury.

Fantasy football analysis: Colts QB Jacoby Brissett

The Jaguars are generally a solid matchup this season for opposing quarterbacks, but not having Hilton hurts Brissett’s fantasy value in a big way. His top receiving options are wide receiver Zach Pascal, tight end Jack Doyle, and running backs Marlon Mack and Nyheim Hines.

They can be productive options, but Brissett’s value takes a noticeable hit without Hilton. He’s still worth considering if you are short-handed, but he’s got limited upside for this week.
