The Cleveland Browns beat the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football to open Week 11, and for the second straight week, running back Kareem Hunt was actively involved in the passing game. Hunt had six receptions for 46 yards to go along with six rushing attempts for 12 yards. He was targeted eight times, which was second only to Odell Beckham Jr. This performance came a week after he had seven receptions for 44 yards on nine targets against the Buffalo Bills.
Fantasy football analysis: RB Kareem Hunt
Rotoworld offered a good description for Hunt. He is being used like James White in the Patriots offense. Nick Chubb is the workhorse. Even when Chubb does not have an impressive yards per carry tally, he is a grinder who will get plenty of volume.
Coming off an eight game suspension, Hunt’s role was not entirely clear in this offense. He had the strong start, but now that it has happened two weeks in a row, it’s turning into a trend. He has PPR value at this point, and is worth a start next week when the Browns host the Miami Dolphins.
