The Milwaukee Bucks will be without All-Star forward Khris Middleton for several weeks due to a thigh injury, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Middleton was injured in Sunday’s win over the Thunder and said after the game that he was OK. While Shams is saying the injury isn’t serious, it’s serious enough to hold the forward out of the Bucks’ starting lineup for the foreseeable future.

Middleton had been averaging 18.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game so far this season, shooting nearly 40% from distance. His 3-point shooting and length will be surely missed by the Bucks, who are third in the East at 7-3 this season.

With Middleton out, we could see Milwaukee go with smaller lineups featuring George Hill, Wes Matthews and Eric Bledsoe. We should see more minutes for Ersan Ilyasova and Sterling Brown with the Bucks using a relatively short bench.
