How to handle Le’Veon Bell’s injury in Week 10 fantasy football

Can Bell be your guy this week, or will a knee injury be too much to count on?

New York Jets running back Le’Veon Bell was listed on the Friday injury report as questionable this week. That has created some doubt about his status for this week’s game against the New York Giants, but head coach Adam Gase said on Friday that Bell’s chances of playing were “good.”

Bell looked fine last week when the Jets played the Dolphins. He ran for 66 yards and caught eight passes for another 55 yards. The issue flared up on Monday, and he had an MRI on his knee that same day. He then missed practice on Wednesday, before returning in a limited role a day later.

Apparently the injury is nothing too serious, but it will be worth keeping an eye on as we get close to Sunday afternoon’s game.

The Jets have a great matchup for Bell this week with their Met Life Stadium roommates. The Giants defense is not doing much to limit opponents, which gives Bell some nice upside even if his knee is bothering him. He’s a nice mid-tier option in DK leagues with a $6,900 salary.
