The NFL is through the fifth week of the season, and the top and bottom of the league is slowly settling in. There are still a host of question marks, but we’re getting a better idea of who looks like a playoff contender.
The same is likely to be said of your fantasy football leagues. Most playoffs start in Week 14, so we’re fast approaching the halfway point of the regular season. If you’re mostly healthy, you know if you’re good or bad. If you’re waiting on a Saquon Barkley return, you might be teetering and hoping to get on track soon.
Week 6 brings the first four-bye weekend of the season. The Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts, and Oakland Raiders are all sidelined this week, which means some notable names will not be in action. It raises the degree of difficulty, so knowledge is that much more critical. Add in injuries to players like David Johnson, Saquon Barkley, Evan Engram, and Sterling Shepard, and there’s that much more to deal with in Week 6.
The week will feature plenty more news, injury and otherwise, and we’ll be tracking it all here. Feel free to bookmark this story stream and return for the latest news and analysis! Good luck as you continue pushing toward your playoffs!
