The NFL wrapped up Week 9 with a Monday Night Football contest that was a mix of ugly and entertaining. The winless Dolphins gave the Steelers quite the scare, jumping out to a 14-0 lead. However, the #FishTank took effect starting in the second quarter and Pittsburgh finished strong in a 27-14 victory. Pittsburgh improved to 3-4 while Miami dropped to 0-7.
The Patriots and 49ers continue to roll along as the remaining undefeated teams coming out of Week 8. The Browns gave the Patriots a fight midway through the game but an early 17-0 run was too much for Cleveland to overcome. Meanwhile, the 49ers crushed the Carolina Panthers. They jumped out to a 27-3 lead, and won 51-13. Nick Bosa led a destructive defensive effort, and Tevin Coleman added four touchdowns combined on the ground and through the air.

The Packers top the list thanks to the fact that a sizable majority of bettors backed them against the Patrick Mahomes-less Chiefs. The Patriots, Eagles, and Rams all got big wins and so it’s no surprise they’re up top.
Washington is the only losing team to show up on the list. They lost 19-9 to the Minnesota Vikings, but as a 16-point underdog, they managed the cover. It was the second straight game Washington has covered in spite of not scoring a touchdown. They say good teams win and great teams cover, so make of that what you want.
