The NFL reaches the halfway point this week for a sizable chunk of the league, but for fantasy football leagues, we’re entering the back half of the season already. We know who the good and bad teams are in our fantasy leagues, and now we’re coming into the home stretch where decisions grow exponentially more important.
Week 7 brought a host of notable injuries and we’ll be waiting for answers all week long. We know wide receiver Adam Thielen likely won’t play on Thursday Night Football and wide receiver Will Fuller is out for a few weeks. We don’t know how long running back Kerryon Johnson (knee) or quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle) will be out. Both will be heavily monitored all week long.
We have only two teams on bye in Week 8, but they’re big ones. The Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys will not be playing, which means Lamar Jackson, Dak Prescott, Mark Ingram, Ezekiel Elliott, Mark Andrews, and Amari Cooper are among those getting the week off.
The week will feature plenty more news, injury and otherwise, and we’ll be tracking it all here. Feel free to bookmark this story stream and return for the latest news and analysis!
