Entering Week 6 of the season, it is more imperative than ever to avoid putting anyone in your lineup that posts a lemon. There are some wide receivers this week that look like great plays because of value, so whiffing on higher-priced receiver is a real no-no. Here are the tight ends to avoid in DFS this week:

Jimmy Graham, Green Bay Packers vs. Oakland Raiders ($4,200)

Graham had that one huge game against the Eagles back in Week 4, but that has proven to be the exception, not the rule. Theoretically, this should be a great spot for Graham to have another massive usage game, with perhaps the top three wide receivers sitting out with injuries. But Graham himself is banged up, and he’s just too hard to trust, even in a favorable matchup.

Eric Ebron, Jack Doyle, Indianapolis Colts vs. Houston Texans ($3,900, $3,500)

Ebron and Doyle continue to cancel each other out for DFS purposes, as neither has been able to distinguish themselves as the primary fantasy point-scorer. To make matters worse on Sunday, the Colts face a Texans defense that has been lights out against the tight end position this season. The price is right for these guys, but they aren’t paying off their value.

Jared Cook, New Orleans Saints at Chicago Bears ($3,600)

Cook has actually begun playing like the tight end we remember from the Raiders last year, scoring a touchdown in each of his past two games and finding some chemistry with Teddy Bridgewater. But Cook did not practice Wednesday or Thursday with an ankle injury, and the Bears have done a solid job holding opposing tight ends in check. Again, a nice value at his salary, but at the minimum check his status come Sunday, especially since he’s playing in the late window.
